2004 Entertainer Auditions at Stone Mountain
If you've got the acting bug and play bluegrass, this gig might be for you.

Stone Mountain Park is seeking adult performers who sing, dance
and act to populate our 1870s town of Crossroads for our 2004
summer season. (There are a limited number of positions
for high
school students 16+).
We are also seeking experienced improvisers, jugglers, magicians
and musical groups for our street troupe. Employment runs
from
Memorial Day through mid August. Pay is hourly and ranges
from
$8-$14 per hour. Rehearsals are paid. Average workday is
12 -
6 PM. Performers must be willing and able to work outdoors
in
costume.
Please bring two copies of your head shot and resume. Actors
should prepare a one (1) minute comic monologue and 16
bars a
cappella from an upbeat song. Musical groups should come
prepared
to play two contrasting pieces, each no more than two
minutes
in length.
Auditions by appointment will be held at Stone Mountain Park
in Memorial Hall on Friday, February 20th from 2:00pm -
7:00pm
and Saturday, February 21st from 10:00am - 3:00pm.
