Dancin Dan the Banjo Man

About Dancin Dan the Banjo Man

Dancin Dan the Banjo Man is a husband and wife duo from South Mississippi.

Dan plays his Ole Time Banjo and Harp while Frankie plays the Base or Mandolin.

Dancin Dan may break into an old fashion flatfoot dance at any time during the
performance, makes you want to get up and dance also.

The duo started four years ago with a unique sound. There music can be described as
a mixture of Ole Time, Country, Blues, and Gospel, all with a Bluegrass spin. Their
music is both fun and inspirational.

They have performed so far in six states at such venues as Uncle Dave Macon Days
Festival, Armuchee Bluegrass Festival, Mississippi Opry, Signal Mt. Opry and several
Radio Stations in and around the Nashville area. Along with many other Festivals,
Schools, and Churches around Mississippi.
