How To Become a SEBA Silver Anniversary Member

Use our handy Online Membership Application Form to submit your information and pay by credit card via PayPal. - Join By Mail:
Send your check for $25 with a typewritten bio. Please also include the following:- E-mail address and phone number (in case of questions)
- street address (where you want us to mail your complimentary anniversary program, Breakdown issues, and Silver Anniversary card when available)
- Optional: Include 25-50 word bio with instruments played and band affiliations in case second printing of Silver Anniversary Programs is necessary and which can be used for publication on sebabluegrass.org
